Whole Fish Steamed (Danny Recipe)

Ingredients

  • Whole fish

  • Ginger

  • Green onion

  • Cilantro

  • Soy sauce

Directions

  1. Rinse fish and wipe dry

  2. Place ginger inside the body

  3. Steam fish for 5-8 min depending on size

  4. Remove from steaming and onto plate

  5. Place chopped green onion and cilantro on fish

  6. Heat oil until it smokes and then pour on fish

  7. Pour soy sauce on fish
