Ingredients

3 cups frozen mixed berries

2 ripe medium avocados, halved, pitted and peeled

4 cups baby spinach

2 cups nonfat plain yogurt

⅔ cup water

½ cup orange juice

½ cup chopped pitted Medjool dates

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

Combine 3 cups frozen berries, the avocado flesh, 4 cups spinach, 2 cups yogurt, ⅔ cup water, ½ cup orange juice, ½ cup chopped dates and 1 tablespoon vanilla in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy, 2 to 3 minutes, using a tamper as needed. Divide evenly among 4 glasses.
