Ingredients

500g beef mince

½ onion, finely chopped

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 c Shiraz

1 t dried oregano

2 T tomato paste

3 T ( ¼ cup) tomato sauce

1 T sweet chilli sauce

400g tin tomato soup

1 c chicken stock (made with 1 Aldi Chef’s Cupboard chicken stock cube)

Directions

Heat oil and fry onion and garlic.

Add mince and brown.

Add oregano and wine and reduce until almost evaporated.

Add tomato paste and sauces.

Cook 1 min.

Add soup, stock and salt and pepper.

Simmer 30 mins.

Notes

Can replace beef mince with 800g osso bucco. If using, simmer for 2-3 hours.
