Ingredients

Perfecting this recipe and adding sumptuous olives and omega-3 rich walnuts for a chew and a crunch factor 😋 perfect served with a spread.

The best bit is that is fresh, protein, fibre and healthy fat rich! 👍🏻

You’ll Need 🛒

200g oats

300g cottage cheese

50g walnuts

60g of chopped olives

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tbs baking powder

2 eggs

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in one bowl

Shape as a bread in a baking tray lined with parchment paper

Bake for 60 minutes at 180C
