Super simple one dish, orzo, chicken, veggie bake. Try this high protein meal prep!
200g Orzo pasta
400g Chicken
240g Chickpeas (canned/cooked)
150g Asparagus
150g Red onion
150g Mushroom
100g Spinach
80g Sundries tomatoes
150g Parmesan
2 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp paprika
400ml water with 2 chicken stock cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients in a dish. Cover with foil, bake at 190 degrees c for 50 mins in a preheated oven.
Add squeeze of lemon π
Each serving:

Carbs: 57g
Fat 13.7g
Could even remove the chicken for more cheese/beans for vegetarians.
