Simply One Pot - Episode 1

400g sausages, chopped
1 onion, finely diced
3 peppers, finely diced
2 tsp garlic puree
2 tsp ginger puree
1tbs light soy sauce
1tbs ketchup
2tbs sweet chilli sauce
1/2tbs sriracha (optional)
500g leftover cooked basmati rice - I used microwave pouches
1-2tbs dark soy
spring onions, sesame seeds, sweet chilli sauce and sriracha mayo to garnish.
Directions
Fry off the sausage until cooked through and crispy. Then add in the onion and peppers and cook until softened. Mix together the garlic, ginger, ketchup, sweet chilli sauce and sriracha and pour into the sausages, mix well cooking for a minute or so then add in the cooked rice and dark soy sauce. Mix well and cook for a further 3-4 minutes adding a splash of hot water if needed. Garnish. Serve and enjoy.
