4-5 lbs clams or mussels
2 lb chorizo
1 lb cherry tomatoes
2 cups white wine
1 cup cream
3 shallots or 1 onion
1 head of garlic
parsley for garnish
Directions
Cook chorizo until browned
Add onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes form a sauce
Add white wine and cook off the alcohol
Add clams or mussels, put a lid on, cook until opened
Finish with cream and parsley
