Ingredients

  • 4-5 lbs clams or mussels

  • 2 lb chorizo

  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes

  • 2 cups white wine

  • 1 cup cream

  • 3 shallots or 1 onion

  • 1 head of garlic

  • parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Cook chorizo until browned

  2. Add onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes form a sauce

  3. Add white wine and cook off the alcohol

  4. Add clams or mussels, put a lid on, cook until opened

  5. Finish with cream and parsley
