Chinese Style BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

1 full rack of baby back ribs

1 package NOH Chinese Barbecue Char Siu (marinade)

Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce (Chinese Barbecue Sauce)

Directions

1. Cut rack of ribs in half. Place each half in a one gallon baggy.

2. Add 1/2 cup of water to NOH marinade package. Mix well and add half to each baggy of ribs. Seal the bag and place in refrigerator overnight.

3. Remove ribs from baggy and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Place in oven at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Remove from oven and foil and brush liberally with chinese BBQ sauce. Place back in oven on broil until BBQ sauce is bubbly. Cut into pieces and enjoy
