Ingredients

Bell peppers

Onion

Squash

Mushrooms

Can of black beans

Can of refried beans

Jar of salsa

Ground turkey

A little cheese

Directions

  1. Sauté the onions most of the way

  2. Add the mushrooms and sauté

  3. Add squash and sauté

  4. Add the peppers and sauté

  5. Add half the jar of salsa and saute

  6. Set veggies aside

  7. Brown turkey

  8. Add drained black beans and cook

  9. Add refried beans and cook

  10. Plate both with a lil cheese
