•Salmon fillets
•2 tbsp gochujang
•1 tbsp miso paste (optional)
•1 tbsp soy sauce
•1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
•1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Instructions:
1.Mix glaze and brush onto salmon.
2.Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes.
3.Serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
