Apple Pie Smoothie

1â2 cup (120 ml) plain or vanilla yogurt (vegan yogurt works too)
2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
4 raw walnut halves
1 dried date, pitted
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1â2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1â4 cup (60 ml) milk of choice
1â4 cup ice
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
