Ingredients

✨ WHIPPING CREAM DONUT ✨

These fluffy donuts melt in your mouth, thanks to the richness of whipping cream. Fry until golden, dip in glaze, and let them shine! ✨

You’ll Need:

• 2½ cups all-purpose or bread flour (375g)

• 2 tbsp sugar (30g)

• 2 tsp instant yeast

• 1 large egg 🥚

• 2 tbsp unsalted butter (28g) 🧈

• ½ tsp salt 🧂

• ½ cup warm water or milk (125ml)

• ¼ cup whipping cream (59ml)

• Oil for frying

For the Glaze:

• 2½ cups powdered sugar

• 6 tbsp milk

Directions

Mix, knead, prove. Knock back. Divide into 10. Roll into balls and put each on a piece of greaseproof. Rise 1hr covered until double or jiggly. Cut hole in centre with a cutter. Fry on low heat. Glaze and drain to set.
