• 4 Salmon fillets

3 tbsp honey

• 2 tosp soy sauce

• 3 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, so sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.

3. Season the salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a baking shee lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

4. Add the sauce: Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon fillets. Make sure to coat them evenly.
