Ingredients

Aromatic noodles fried with a hint of curry powder, caramelised hoisin beef, spring onions, bean sprouts and garlic 🍜

For the beef:

Tsp Groundnut Oil.

500g 5% Fat Beef Mince.

Salt and black pepper.

Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce.

Tbsp Hoisin Sauce.

For the noodles:

1/2 tbsp Groundnut Oil.

4 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped.

4 Spring Onions, thinly sliced.

1/2 tbsp Curry Powder.

Tsp Gochugaru (can be substituted for mild chilli powder).

Tsp Crispy Chilli Oil.

Tbsp Light Soy Sauce.

Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce.

3 nests of Egg Noodles, rinse in cold water after cooking if for 3-4 minutes.

Directions

Brown off beef adding salt and pepper

Cook beef in sauce until starts to caramelize

Remove beef to a plate and fry
