Perfect Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

1 kg potatoes

cooking oil

2 tbsp butter

salt

black pepper

1/2 tbsp seasoned salt

Directions

Peel potatoes, cut into chunks. Boil until soft. Drain & return to pan. Shake in pan to roughen edges (holds oil & spices better).

Toss in oil & spices. Roast at 400 for approx. 20 minutes. Bottom will be golden borwn.

Turn each piece over, raost another 20-25 minutes. Drain excess oil & serve.
