Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Green chilly - 3
Red chilly - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Snake gourd - 250 gms
Turmeric - a pinch
Salt - to taste.
Curd (beaten) - 1- ½ cups
Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat a pan, add mustard oil once the oil is smoky, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilly, chopped green chilly, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, saute well.
Add snake gourd pieces, mix and cover, let it cook on a slow flame until snake gourd is soft and tender.
Add beaten curd, turn off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves.
