¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves 🌿

For the Dressing:

3 tablespoons olive oil πŸ«’

1 teaspoon honey 🍯

½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional) 🌢️

Directions

Marinate the Shrimp:

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, lime juice and zest, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss well to coat. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes. 🍀🍈

Cook the Shrimp:

Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Remove and set aside. πŸ”₯

Prepare the Salad:

In a large bowl, combine mango, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, greens, cilantro, and avocado. Toss gently. πŸ₯­πŸ₯¬

Make the Dressing:
