Crack Chicken

2 cups Cooked chicken (shredded)
8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Shredded [sharp] Cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)
1/2 cup bacon bits
1 cup Pasta (rotini or penne)
1/4 cup Green onions (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350.
2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and sour cream. Mix until mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Gently fold in the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, cooked bacon bits, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
6. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top, adding extra cheese if desired.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
8. Once done, take it out of oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Perhaps add jalapeno and more pasta
