Dough Recipe

1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup Greek yogurt
Directions
Mix together until a dough forms. Using your hands to kneed it. If too sticky add a bit more flour.
CINNAMON ROLLS
I would double this recipe so it fits into a baking dish a bit easier!
Roll dough out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Mix together 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/3 cup brown sugar and 2 tbsp of cinnamon. Spread it out all over the dough. Roll up into a log and then cut into even pieces. Place into a baking dish (optional is to drizzle more of the filling mixture on top). Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes until golden. If you find the top getting crispy and the insides still need a bit more time you can cover with tin foil and bake a bit longer
For the icing mix together 1/3 cup icing sugar. Add a tiny splash of milk and mix until you have the desired consistency. Pour over the cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
PIZZA CRUST:
Divide dough into 4 and roll into balls. Flatten each ball into a round disk about 1/2 inch thick. Top with pizza sauce and pizza toppings of choice. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
POP TARTS
Roll out dough into a rectangle about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into small rectangles and top 1/2 of them with filling of choice (I just did strawberry jam) place one rectangle on top and pinch around the edges to seal it. Place on a greased baking sheet and use a fork to create imprints around the edges and poke a couple holes in the top and brush with egg wash. Bake at 350 F for about 15 minutes or until golden. Let cool before icing.

BAGELS
split the dough into 4 and roll each portion into a snake shape and connect the edges. Place on a greased baking sheet. Beat one egg and using a brush spread some of the egg wash onto the tops of the bagel. Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning and some salt and bake at 350 F for 25-30 min
