Blueberry, Protein Muddy Buddies!! Proof That ‘healthier for

1/2 cup reduced sugar chocolate chips (i used lilys)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp coconut oil
1 pint blueberries*
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 scoop sugar free powdered sugar
Directions
melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil in the microwave in 15 second intervals, mixing at each
once melted, add blueberries and coat in melted chocoalte mix
add powdered sugar and protein to the bowl, covering and shaking until each blueberry is coated in powder
pour onto a baking sheet and allow to harden at room temperature (store in fridge)
use FIRM blueberries! Nothing ruins this recipe like a blueberry being crushed and getting it’s juices everywhere ;)
