If You Could Eat One Muffin Everyday, What Would It Be

I'm not saying mine is this Blueberry Streusel Muffins but I'm also not saying that 🫐✨ Recipe below ✨
For the muffins (makes 12):
2 eggs
1c (200g) granulated sugar
1/2 c (115g) melted butter
2 tbsp oil
1/3c (80g) greek yogurt/sour cream (@nestle)
3/4c (180g) milk
2 tsp vanilla extract (@mccormickspice)
2 ½ c (300g) all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
200g blueberries fresh/frozen)
For the streusel/crumble:
3/4 cup (100g) all purpose flour
1/4c (50g) granulated augar
2 tbsp (30g) brown sugar
1/4c (60g) melted butter
Directions
combine everything until a crumbly mix form)
For the cream cheese filling (optional)
Mix together
1/2 block (125g) soft cream cheese
2 tbsp icing/confectioners sugar
For the drizzle(optional)
Mix together
1/2 c (60g) icing / confectioners sugar
1-1.5 tbsp milk
Preheat the oven to 425F (220C).
In a bowl whisk the eggs and the sugars together.
Then add in thet rest of the wet ingredients and the sugars: melted butter, oil, yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the dry ingredients: all purpose flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mixing gently until just combined (don't overmix).
Coat the blueberries in a little bit of flour then fold into the batter.
Divide the mixture into 12 muffins
If adding a cream cheese filling, add 2-3 tsps of the cream cheese filling on top.
Finish off by sprinkling a generous amount of the the crumble topping.
Bake at 425F (220C) for the first 5 mins. Then without opening the oven door, bring down temperature to 350F(180C) and bake for 15-18 mins more (20-23 mins in total.
After baking, drizzle with icing and enjoy 🫐✨
