Mississippi Pot Roast

1 Chuck Roast; Remove excess fat
2 Packets of Au Jus Mix
2 Packets of Ranch Powder
1 Onion; finely diced
10-12 Pepperoncinis
1/2 Stick of Butter;Sliced
A Handful of Minced Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Egg or Rotini Noodles
Green onions.
Directions
Trim excess fat off of the chuck roast and season with salt and pepper. Place chuck roast into crockpot. In a seperate measuring cup, mix 3 cups of water with 1 Au Jus seasoning packet. Pour Au Jus liquid around the chuck roast in the crock pot. Sprinkle remaining 1 Au Jus packet powder, 2 packets of ranch seasoning on top of meat. Add in minced garlic, diced onions, and pepperonicinis. Add sliced butter on top of the chuck roast.
Cook on low heat for 7 hours. Remove and shred meat. Mix meat back into crock pot liquid.
In a seperate pot, boil noodles per instructions.
Add noodles and meat in a bowl and sprinkle green onions on top. Enjoy!
