Smoky Harissa Salmon and White Beans

Ingredients

375 cal | 43g protein | 9g fiber

4oz of fish and 1 cup of bean/veggie mix/ 1 tbsp feta)

1 ¼ wild sockeye salmon (skin removed after cooking)

Seasoned with - cumin, smoked paprika, @kindersflavors the blend, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper

Rubbed with 1T @mina harissa paste

1 can great northern white beans - drained and rinsed

5g oil of your choice

1/2 white onion, chopped

1/2 zucchini chopped (I salt and squeeze mine to removed extra moisture)

1 cup chopped kale

2T @mina harissa paste

2tsp smoked cumin

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1/2tsp garlic powder

1tsp onion powder

1 ½ cups @kettleandfire chicken bone broth

1T tamari or soy sauce

Black pepper to taste

Top with chives or cilantro or parsley and feta
