Sweet Chilli Halloumi Pasta

Ingredients to serve 2:
spaghetti (180g dry)
Philadelphia lightest (100g)
lighter halloumi (100g)
sugar free sweet chilli sauce (4tbsp)
tomato puree (2tbsp)
onion (1)
Tomatoes (handful)
Spinach (handful)
Paprika, garlic powder, garlic puree, chilli flakes & onion salt
Boil the pasta as per instructions and whilst this is cooking, fry the onion along with the paprika, garlic powder, garlic puree and onion salt until browned
Next add in the Philadelphia, tomato puree, sliced tomatoes and 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce along with 50ml of water. Mix together and simmer on a medium heat for a few minutes to thicken
Slice up the halloumi and add to a pan and fry on a medium heat for 2 minutes each side, then add the sweet chilli sauce and continue cooking until it goes all sticky
Drain the pasta and add into the pan along with the spinach, stir together until combined and then add to a bowl, top with the halloumi and some chilli flakes anddddd thats it!!
