Salt and Vinegar Cottage Cheese Chips

Ingredients

200g high protein cottage cheese

Salt, to sprinkle

Balsamic glaze, to drizzle

Finely chopped chives, to sprinkle (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 170C. Put cottage cheese into a sieve and drain (I skipped this step as the cottage cheese I used didn’t have any excess liquid). Place cottage cheese into small rounds on a tray lined with baking paper. Make sure they’re well spaced as they will spread! Slightly spread out with a spoon (not too thin) and bake for ~40 mins or until golden. Drizzle with balsamic and sprinkle with salt and chives.
