Ingredients
β’ 3 cups all-purpose flour (375g)
β’ 2 cups warm water or milk (500ml or less β adjust carefully)
β’ 1 tbsp instant yeast
β’ 1 tsp vanilla OR 1/4 tsp nutmeg
β’ 1/2 tsp salt
β’ Oil for frying
Quick Instructions
β Use warm water or milk β never cold!
β Only use instant yeast (quick-rise yeast ? even better)
β Donβt add too much water β batter should be soft but not runny
β Cover tightly and rest for just 15 minutes
β If itβs cold season , let it rest longer or place in a warm spot
β Fry and enjoy β no more long waiting!
