Burger in a Bowl

1 large head romaine lettuce (chopped)
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
4 tbsp sour cream
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp maple syrup
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 avocado (sliced)
1/2 red onion (sliced)
2 large pickles (sliced)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
Directions
Heat up your skillet and add in beef mince. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper. Cook until browned for about 5-7 minutes.
Remove excess liquid and remove from the heat.
Combine all the sauce ingredients to make burger sauce.
Assemble your bowls. Add in a layer of lettuce, ground beef, cover with avocado, red onion, pickles and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle the bowls with burger sauce and add a sprinkle of salt and black pepper.
