One-pot Creamy Beefy Macaroni

Ingredients

1 (16 oz) box macaroni noodles

1½ lbs ground beef

1 large yellow onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp seasoned salt

2 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp regular salt

3 tbsp tomato paste

4 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

6 oz shredded mozzarella

3 tbsp butter

Olive oil for sautéing

For serving:

Grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Heat a large pot over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened and fragrant.

Add the ground beef along with seasoned salt, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Break up the meat and cook until browned.

Stir in the tomato paste and sauté for about 1 minute to deepen the flavor.

Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

Add the macaroni, stir well, and reduce to a simmer. Cook until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened.

Feel free to add a splash of water if you want it to cook a little longer or softer.

Before the liquid is fully absorbed, taste it and adjust the salt to your liking.

Once cooked, stir in the shredded mozzarella until melted and creamy.

Finish with the butter for extra richness, give it a good stir, and serve.

Top with grated Parmesan and red pepper flakes if you like a little kick.
