Ingredients

1 1/2lbs pork Ground

1/2lb shrimp

1 tbsp garlic

4 eggs

1 cup onion

1 cup carrot grated

4 tbsp Asian fish sauce

4 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 tbsp wood ear mushrooms

2oz bean thread vermicelli

Spring roll wraps

Directions

Soak vermicelli and mushrooms in hot water, drain.

Mix all together and wrap.

To serve have fresh basil, cilantro, mint, cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon, and red leaf or green leaf lettuce.
