Chelsea’s Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients

-4 over ripe bananas

-1 cup sugar

⁃2 cups flour

⁃2 tsp baking powder

⁃2 tsp cinnamon

⁃1 tsp clove

⁃1/2 tsp nutmeg

⁃1/4 tsp salt

⁃1 tbsp vegetable oil

⁃1.5 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Smash the overripe bananas and sugar together

  2. Mix all ingredients

  3. Pour mix into greased pan

  4. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour
