Lemongrass Chili Shrimp

1 - 1.5 lbs peeled deveined jumbo shrimp
2 inches of white stalk of lemongrass, roughly chopped
1 inch ginger, roughly chopped
1-2 thai chilis depending on heat preference, seeds removed and roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic, peeled
½ cup fresh cilantro, packed
2 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lime, juiced
To make marinade, combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until aromatics are roughly chopped but sauce still has some texture.
Directions
Add shrimp to the marinade and toss well, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat grill to the highest temperature and grill for 1-2 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink with charring in some areas. Remove from heat and serve.
