Ingredients

120g light cream cheese, at room

temperature

50ml hot sauce (preferably Frank's brand)

30g butter, melted

60g blue cheese crumbles

500g torn roast chicken

8 tortilla wraps

Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 180'C/16ffC fan/gas mark 4. Combine the cream cheese, hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl. Fold in the blue

cheese and torn chicken.

2 Spoon the mixture down the centre of each wrap, then roll each one up and place, seam-side down, on a baking tray.

3 Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
