Can’t Stop Making This Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats!

Ingredients

1 c frozen blueberries

1 c cottage cheese (I like @good_culture)

2 c almond milk

4 scoops of vanilla protein powder

in each jar:

1/3 c oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

blueberry blend

optional toppings:

walnuts

sliced banana

flax seeds

Directions

Blend blueberries, cottage cheese, milk, and protein powder until smooth

Add oats and chia seeds to jars and then evenly divide blueberry blend

Top with walnuts and fridgerate overnight

When it is time to eat them, stir and then add sliced banana & flax seeds (or your favorite toppings!)
