Ingredients i used:

200gr Ground Beef

1/2 Red Onion

2 Green Onion

2 cloves of garlic

Olive oil

Salt, pepper

200ml tomato Sauce

Make it like you make Bolognese sauce.

2 Sweet potatoes pre cook, oil them, put in air fryer for 10 to 15 min on 400f or 200c

So they get that crispy gold skin.

Open, fill with bolognese sauce, put some cottage cheese on top, sliced avocados and pepitas.. Enjoy ❤️
