Chicken Fried Rice

680 g chicken breast

Garlic powder

Smoked paprika powder

Onion powder

1 tbsp corn starch

4 tbsp soy sauce

1 cup frozen vegetables (peas)

3 eggs

550 g cooked day-old rice (220g uncooked)

1 tbsp sesame oil

Fresh green onions (optional)


Dice chicken up into cubes

Put them in a bowl

  • Add all spices

  • Add 2 Tbsp soy sauce

Cook chicken in pan until it’s nice and crispy

When done, take chicken out and keep it aside

Cook vegetables in a pan

Add eggs and scramble them

When done, add the rice

Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce

Add 1 Tbsp sesame oil

Add sesame seeds and green onions
