• Juice of 1/2 lemon

• 30g bread & butter pickles (or sweet pickles)

• 20g capers, chopped

• 30g shallot, minced and rinsed

• 1 clove garlic, minced and rinsed

• 40g dijon mustard

• 10g fresh dil, choppedl

• 10g fresh parsley, chopped
