2 eggs
40g feta
1/3 cup greek yoghurt
2 tsp bagel seasoning
Dill to taste
2 asparagus spears, cut into chunks

Directions
Preheat oven to 170c.
Place, eggs, yoghurt, and bagel seasoning into a bowl and beat together.
Add yoghurt and dill and combine again.
Poor frittata mixture into a small, baking dish or divided among muffin pans.
Add chunks of asparagus into your frittata. Place onto a baking tray to catch potential overflow while cooking.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centre is set. If you divide mixture among muffin pans, reduce your cooking time as these will cook faster.
