20 Beef Boullion Cubes
1 Beef broth 32 oz
1 Silvia’s Linqguisa
2 C Chopped Ham
1 can Tomato Soup (family size)
1 can Tomato Soup (regular size)
1/2 onion sliced
1-2 cans of kidney beans undrained
Peeled and cubed potatoes
1 box of salad macaroni
1 head of green cabbage
Tabasco sauce to taste
Directions
Fill large soup pot halfway with water
Add 10 boullion cubes (to start)
Add beef broth
Add chopped linguisa and ham
Add sliced onions
Add family size and regular size tomato soup
Let boil and check taste. Add more boullion if needed.
Add 1-2 cans of undrained kidney beans
Bring to boil and taste again - Add Tabasco to taste if needed
Add peeled and cubed potatoes and box of salad macaroni. Lower heat slightly and boil. Stir pasta frequently.
Add cabbage when pasta is 3/4 cooked. Done when pasta is cooked.
