1 lb (450g) ground beef or mutton
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
2 teaspoons red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
2–3 tablespoons oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Directions
Prepare the Mixture:
In a bowl, combine ground meat, finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Marinate:
Cover the mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Shape the Kebabs:
With wet hands, take portions of the mixture and shape them into kebabs of your desired size and shape.
Cook the Kebabs:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Place the kebabs in the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
Ensure not to overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
Serve:
Garnish the kebabs with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with naan, paratha, or your choice of dipping sauce.
