Ultimate Chaffles Recipe

2 large eggs
1 cup grated Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzerella cheese
1/2 cup almond flour (50 grams)
1/2 t baking powder
4 oz Cream Cheese
2 oz Whipping Cream
20 drops of Stevia
Directions
Preheat Your Waffle Maker and spray with Avocado Oil.
Using an immersion blender, combine the eggs, nonfat Greek yogurt, lemon juice, grated cheese, almond flour, and baking powder.
Blend until smooth.
If the batter is too thick, add 1–2 teaspoons of water until you reach a slightly thick, pancake-batter consistency.
Evenly divide the batter among the 4 chaffle molds, or fill the mini one. Spread the batter to ensure it fills each cavity evenly.
Close the waffle maker and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until the chaffles are golden and crisp on the edges. Adjust time if necessary based on your machine.
Carefully remove the chaffles with a spatula or fork if you're risky like me. Serve immediately or refrigerate. ENJOY!
