Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

6 cups strawberries, stemmed and halved

⅔ cup water, divided use

1 cup Splenda® Granulated Sweetener

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

1 prepared reduced fat graham cracker crust

Directions

Place berries in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, combine ⅓ cup water and Splenda Sweetener; stir until dissolved. Sprinkle gelatin over the top and let stand for 1 minute.

Bring the remaining ⅓ cup of water to a boil and pour over the top of the gelatin mixture. Stir until dissolved.

Place bowl into a larger bowl filled with ice water bath and stir constantly until mixture begins to thicken.

Pour over berries, gently stirring to coat.

Transfer filling to prepared crust and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
