Beef Curry

Ingredients

1.5kg blade steak, cubed

2 large onions, peeled and chopped

2 large carrots, chopped

1/4 cup sultanas

400ml can coconut cream

1/2 tbsp. minced ginger

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 tbsp. ground turmeric

3 tsp. Keen's curry powder

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

1.  Add the beef, onion, carrots and sultanas to the slow cooker and season with cracked pepper.

2.  Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over the beef and vegetables.

3.  Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
