1 cup cottage cheese blended

2 eggs

1/2 cup apple cider reduced slightly

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 1/2 cups oat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

Optional glaze 2 tbsp apple cider and 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan.

In a bowl whisk cottage cheese, eggs, apple cider, and maple syrup until creamy.

Add oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, stirring until just combined.

Spoon batter into donut molds.

Bake 15 to 18 minutes until golden and set.

For glaze mix cider and sugar, drizzle over warm donuts.
