Directions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Step 2: Mix the Wet
Whisk melted butter, erythritol, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Step 3: Add the Dry
Stir in almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Step 4: Bake It Up
Pour into pan and spread evenly. Bake 18–22 min, until center is just set. Don’t overbake!
Step 5: Cool & Slice
