Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Potatoes
Parmesan (fresh grated or powdered, both work)
Spices
Cut potatoes and then place in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes until fork tender, but not falling apart. Drain.
Directions
Place in a bowl, add oil to coat and then the spices: I use a *heavy pinch* of garlic powder, some paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Enough to coat. Don’t be shy on seasoning!
Toss around. Add a lot of parmesan until coated and toss again or until it’s coated on all sides and sticks to the potatoes. If it’s not sticking, add more oil.
Air fry at 400 for about 15 minutes (or until crispy) flipping halfway.
Everyone’s air fryer is different so keep an eye on them! Cooking time may vary. *The air fryer is my preferred method for cooking these for crisp ones but you can also bake these in the oven too at 425 for a little bit longer, cook time will vary.
