Pear and Cranberry Chutney

2 ½ pounds (about 6) pears 2 cups fresh cranberries

1 cup light brown sugar 2 tsp yellow mustard seeds

1 cinnamon stick broken 3 cloves

3 cups white wine vinegar

1 onion, peeled and finely chopped

chop pears into cubes ¼”- ½”

Simmer:

on stove for 1 ½ hours (low heat)
