HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE MEATBALLS

Ingredients

32 ounces (905 g) frozen meatballs (can use chicken, turkey, beef, or pork meatballs)

3 whole bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow, and 1 orange), chopped

18 ounces (510 g) pineapple preserves

8 ounces (225 g) hoisin sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

1. Place the frozen meatballs and bell peppers in the bottom of the slow cooker.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the pineapple preserves, hoisin sauce, and minced garlic until combined to create the sauce.

3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and peppers in the slow cooker. Stir to coat.

4. Cover the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the meatballs are warmed through and the bell peppers are tender.
