Sweet And Spicy Chicken Thigh

Ingredients

Chicken Marinade:

500g Chicken Thigh (Skin on)

2 tbsp Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 tbsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Paprika

1/2 tbsp Baking Powder

Sauce:

1 tbsp Oil

2 tbsp Butter

2 Thai Chilis

5 garlic cloves

1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Sriracha

1 1/2 tbsp Honey

Salt and Pepper (if needed)

Directions

Add ingredients together and let marinate for 15 mins or ideally longer

Air fry skin side down for 5 mins at 200°C. Flip then repeat until cooked and crispy

While chicken is cooking, combine all sauce ingredients in pan and cook until thick

Toss chicken in sauce until fully coated
