Ingredients

1 salmon fillet (150g)

1 potato or 1/2 cup rice

1 cup broccoli, beans, or asparagus

1 tsp olive oil, lemon, herbs

Directions

  1. Bake or pan-fry salmon with oil + lemon + herbs

  2. Steam vegetables

  3. Cook potato / rice as side

  4. Serve together

Notes

Salmon and asparagus are good for you mixed together.
