Ingredients

360g egg whites

25g hot cocoa mix

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix the egg whites with the cocoa powder. Microwave for 20 seconds to help dissolve the cocoa. 460 g with a mixture into the waffle maker. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the center is fully cooked.
